1. Miami Dolphins – DT Glen Dorsey – LSU
I was inclined to put DT Sedrick Ellis here after reading on Phin Panatic that the coaching staff was enamored with him during the Senior Bowl this week. Being as though this draft will not take any trades into account, the Phins will take Dorsey. Dorsey has the potential to become a dominant tackle in either a 3-4 or 4-3 scheme. Elite DT’s do not come around that often.

Roy Cumming of the Tampa Tribune has an interesting little quote from head coach Jon Gruden on the prospects of playing overseas.

Multiple media outlets, including the Bucs Beat on TampaBay.com are reporting that FB Mike Alstott will announce his retirement by the end of the week. 

General Manager Bruce Allen and Head Coach Jon Gruden have received 3 year contract extensions.  I have yet to find the financial details of the transaction, but as soon as I find them, you will see them.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my internet will be down at my house for the next few days.
