Great news in my opinion.  BJ Askew is one of the best blocking FB’s in the league.  He is a do it all kind of guy for HC Jon Gruden; blocking, the occasional run,  and catching the football.

With the new revelations that Jeff Garcia might threaten a holdout due to his unhappiness with his contract, I have two prevailing emotions:  one find that little bastard and duel it out, or tell his tiny ass to sit out if he so pleases.  We saw how well that worked out for Keenan McCardell.

Pewter Report is stating that according to their sources, that the Bucs are not interested in signing former Bengals receiver Chris Henry.  Henry is an explosive playmaker and could probably be a great target for any teams QB, but the Bucs have been making a point of not signing any turds, and this falls right in line with that practice.
