Gilmore I know nothing about, but if he is seen as a replacement for Becht,he must be a good blocker. Stevens has something you cant coach: height. 4 TDs in 18 catches & little playing time will catch one's eye.He is a good red zone target, esp. if you have a short QB. For unknown reasons, Gruden never seems to cross-train TEs as FBs, which may hurt someone's chances of making the team. A competitive position.
