The Jets are an 8-8 team w/ or w/ out Lord Favre. They will be behind a lot & we will see the Favre of 2006, not 2007. His lordship will end the season frustrated & sad, & will retire again. Come Draft Day 2009, we will be glad it is the Jets giving up a #2 for Favre, not us.
The Jets 8-8 situation with or without Favre is a different story than ours, IMO. We are a 9-11 win team with Garcia, and a 12 or 13 win team with Favre…so to get that difference, and make it far in the playoffs, to me is worth giving up a #2 or #3.
