Man, I hope for his sake that Del Rio does well next season because we have a looooot of good coaches to pick from.
Are you kidding me! They fired Gruden, that’s bad. Don’t blame him for their late season. It was the defense that killed them, and stopped them from gng to the play-offs.
No worries, Gruden will find another home, very soon. I’;m thinking he’d be great in New England as Offensive Coordinator next season. LOL, We’ll take him and welcome him with open arms.

For some reason I don’t see Jon Gruden being an OC anywhere. He will be a head coach again very soon, much to my dismay (not that he is a coach again, but that it isn’t for the Bucs).
Good luck with the rebuild…maybe it will work out for you guys like it did for us..
