Adam Schefter of NFL.com is reporting that Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen have been fired.

Reports are that we are talking to Bill Cowher and possibly Mike Shanahan.

For some reason I don't see Jon Gruden being an OC anywhere. He will be a head coach again very soon, much to my dismay (not that he is a coach again, but that it isn't for the Bucs).
Are you kidding me! They fired Gruden, that's bad. Don't blame him for their late season. It was the defense that killed them, and stopped them from gng to the play-offs.
No worries, Gruden will find another home, very soon. I';m thinking he'd be great in New England as Offensive Coordinator next season. LOL, We'll take him and welcome him with open arms.
