He is a better quarterback than some think, in the right system. If we are talking about a run-first, play action/5-to-7-step drop scheme, Byron may thrive. His apparent faults don't manifest themselves that much in actual games, for some reason.Plus, he is hitting that age at which many NFL QBs begin to see the light, & truly develop.
