		<description>That&#039;s generally the way that we do it, but me and the guy I generally do my smoking with were going for a smoked texture and doneness but not necessarily the flavor.  The full oak logs with no soaking other than naturally being muggy down here worked to perfection.</description>

		<description>THe Buccaneers Defensive Line was almost non existant against the Dallas Cowboys Today. What happened? No Gaines Adams, No Ryan Sims, No Dre Moore, and No Wilkerson. Only one sack and it came by way of Safety-Ronde Barber. We need to pressure the quarterback in this League. Bring back DE Chris Bradwell. Bradwell was pressuring the quarterback on almost every play. What happened to Bradwell anyway? Is He on the practice squad?</description>
