I went back & read a bit in the pre-draft pubs about Crowder. He was rated a solid but not elite prospect, sort of a career back-up, capable of contributing. I saw somewhere that the move to the 3-4 took him out of Denver's plans. Looks like Mahan will get the nod. The guy looked good in preseason, i'd like to see him get a shot at the starting position after the sailsman's performance last week, if that continues.
