There's absolutely no way that they can afford a top 5 pick. With Domenick already coming out and saying they will not be players whatsoever in free agency it's obvious they don't have the guaranteed money a top 5 pick will demand. Unless the glazers plan on using the $26 million they just sold their house for to pay for the player. Too bad the Bucs will trade out of the 1st round.
