Urrutia is a good size target and they have depth at tight end already, they will both most likely stay on the practice squad. I don't see the Bucs having 4 tight ends on the active roster. Urrutia is 6'6, and has quite a bit of talent. They could have at least kept him on the practice squad. And how can the Buc's possibly use Rucker? They already have Winslow and Stevens.
