Corner back Aqib Talib, who missed the game due to personal reasons and was nursing a groin injury, was also back in practice today as well. This is good news for the Bucs as all of these players are going to play major roles this season and the Bucs need all of them healthy for the season opener.
Yet, while many of the Bucs are healing and getting back to practice, the injury bug has bitten another key player, Maurice Stovall. Stovall, the Bucs top receiver, will be sidelined and has been ruled out for game 2 of the pre-season with an ankle injury. This not good for the Bucs who have questions with experience at receiver coming into this season, but it is early in the pre-season and the rookies, Williams and Benn, had good games against Miami. Hopefully he will be ready by the season opener.
