For many of the Bucs young players this off-season will be the first time they are with a new contract and without much supervision or responsibility for a little while. This is where you see NFL players run into trouble. Despite the strides made by the Bucs rookie class, all it takes is being in the wrong place at the wrong time. That’s why the Bucs need to keep their focus this offseason, but it also helps to have a leader like Josh Freeman.
