I just wanted to take a brief moment to apologize for the small lapse we had over the course of the last week. As the editor here, I and the rest of the Pewter Plank staff strive to give you the best daily Buccaneers coverage available, and for the most part we deliver consistent, quality coverage. We’ll never be satisfied and are always looking for ways to improve but since taking over last September as the editor here our site’s output has increased ten-fold and our traffic is up 400 percent.
Still, I do want to apologize because this past week I have been on vacation and part of that was a degree of technological shut-down. If you haven’t tried going somewhere beautiful and turning off your computer, your PDA and anything else the rings, buzzes or vibrates then you really should, it’s absolutely blissful.
At any rate though, that came at the expense of regular updates (with the exception of Dr. McKenna’s fantastic evaluation of Da’Quan Bowers knee injury) and for that I apologize. We’ll be back up and going with regular coverage in no time, including an update on several things we missed and some exciting cross-network content with writers from the Bucs’ 2011 opponents. Thank you all for your patience and your patronage, and go Bucs!
Editor, The Pewter Plank
