Cory Lynch may have one last shot to secure his role in the safety rotationTonight’s game against the Washington Redskins is the last chance to prove worth for many of the players on the current roster.  On Tuesday, the Buccaneers carefully selected who would remain for their 80 man roster.  The Buccaneers cut CB Aston Youboty, and waived WR Aundrae Allison, CB Vince Anderson, TE Collin Franklin, DE Brandon Gilbeaux, WR Detron Lewis, P Robert Malone, WR Jock Sanders, FB Rendrick Taylor and G Brandon Carter.  On September 3rd, the coaching staff will face another tough decision in who will be packing their bags or continuing to wear red and pewter this season.  Coach Morris has decided to rest the defensive starters for the game against the Redskins, but hasn’t mentioned taking the same approach for the offense.  That could be for further preparation for the season, or uncertainty with who will fill particular roles of interest.
