GAME BALL #2 - Josh Freeman|QB (19/36, 262yds, 3TDs, 0INT)
Freeman didn’t go over 400 yards again, but he did have an amazing game under center for the Bucs. Freeman made Thursday the third straight game he threw for three touchdowns in a single game but there’s a bigger stat people are overlooking.
No interceptions were thrown by Josh Freeman against the Vikings, and he continued a streak he started four days ago against the New Orleans Saints. Granted both secondaries aren’t shut down units, but Freeman was handing away interceptions last season and had at least one in every game prior to last week.
It was almost a foregone conclusion that Freeman was going to throw an interception in a game, but these past two weeks he’s displayed some serious composure in the pocket . THis is what we’ve all been expecting out of Freeman and if it continues, this offense is going to do some serious damage.
