Yet another game featured a lot of high flying action for the Buccaneers and for once it wasn’t exclusive to the offense. Not since Ronde Barber’s pick-six against the Kansas City Chiefs has their been this much action on all sides of the ball for the Buccaneers. From Josh Freeman to Leonard Johnson and even the Special Teams, the Buccaneers won on Sunday thanks to a team effort of an epic proportion we’ve yet to see this season.

Well, now we’ve seen it — and it was beautiful.

Doug Martin 42-yard Catch

Last week we all watched Doug Martin explode all over the Raiders and although he didn’t fully repeat or come near to that performance, he gave us a look at what we can expect on a week-to-week basis. That started right away with an impressive 42-yard catch and run that was straight out of Oakland last week. Martin didn’t see the endzone but he was productive and efficient and hardly let up from his performance last week, even if the numbers in the box score suggest otherwise.
