Tampa Bay Buccaneers Power Rankings: Ranking The Best Players on the Bucs' Roster - Week 3

The Buccaneers once again lost in Week 3. But this one was more of a team loss than the past couple. Because of this, we didn’t see a ton of movement in the rankings. Clearly Josh Freeman had to fall out and Mike Glennon had to come in. But who were the other movers and shakers?

Previous Rankings: Pre | P1 | P2 | P3 | P4 | W1 | W2

Rank Player Synopsis Change
Gerald McCoy Keeps on dominating. -
Darrelle Revis Revis has a huge test this week, if he aces it, he’ll almost have to be #1. -
Lavonte David Bad matchup against Tom Brady, expect much more this week. -
Mason Foster Same as Lavonte. -
Dashon Goldson No hitting too hard penalties last week. -
Doug Martin About to become even more important than before. ↑1
Mark Barron Just keeps on impressing. ↑1
Vincent Jackson Strop dropping the football. Super important figure, but he keeps making mistakes. ↓2
Donald Penn Three straight good weeks, yet no one seems to notice. I got you Donald. -
Carl Nicks Back on the field, and getting back into form. The line will continue to improve. -
Akeem Spence Many thought Banks would be the standout rookie, there’s no debate so far it’s Spence. ↑3
Dekoda Watson Little bit of an issue last week, but not anything to be concerned about. ↓1
Adrian Clayborn Really didn’t show up in New England, simply can’t have that. ↓2
Mike Williams Showed his importance by how much the offense struggled when he went off the field. ↑7
Demar Dotson Hard to judge with poor quarterback play behind him. -
Jeremy Zuttah New QB to snap it to, hopefully there aren’t any issues. -
Jonathan Casillas Didn’t get on the field last week, but I won’t dock him for it yet. -
Mike Glennon Vote for Pedro. ↑8
Davin Joseph Still doesn’t quite look himself. Hopefully he gets there soon. ↓1
Leonard Johnson More problems last week, but who doesn’t against Brady. ↓1
Johnthan Banks One big penalty hurt, it was correctable too. ↓1
Eric Page With Jackson and Williams hurting, Page could be thrust into even more action. ↑4
Da’Quan Bowers Boy would it be nice for him to channel his inner Clemson. Haven’t seen it in NFL at all. -
Ahmad Black I’d rather see less of Ahmad on the field, but he’s still doing just fine while out there. -
Kevin Ogletree New QB, new chance. Do something with it Kevin. -

Honorable Mention: Jeff Demps, Tom Crabtree
