Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Darrelle Revis has left the game for the second straight week.

The Bucs star corner was hurt trying to make an interception in the third quarter of their game against the Carolina Panthers.

Peeling towards the sideline, Revis stepped in front of Panthers wideout Steve Smith to make a play on the ball. He dropped the ball as he fell out of bounds and winced in pain for a few moments. He sat up, then eventually walked off under his own power.

He stayed on the sidelines for a few minutes before being led to the locker room.

Just last week Revis left the game at the end of the first half against the Detroit Lions with a groin injury. His participation in today’s game was up in the air all week, with him only being announced as active earlier in the day.

Revis had four tackles before leaving the game.
