Joe Bussell, otherwise known as @NFLosophy on Twitter and former staff member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, joins us yet again for a special edition of the podcast.

There has been plenty of big news in Tampa Bay over the past week, with the firing of head coach Greg Schiano and the reported hiring of Lovie Smith. Was it time to move on from Greg Schiano? And if so, is Lovie the right choice?

Leo and Joe also discuss Jeff Tedford and what the offense will look like under a new regime. Can a college coach call the right plays in the NFL?

And finally, the guys discuss the front office, and consider some names who will continue to build the roster in Tampa Bay. Who will call the shots now that Mark Dominik is gone?

All that and more on this episode of The Pewter Plank Podcast, which you can listen to below or download from iTunes.
