By now you’ve surely heard that indeed, Lovie Smith will be the new head man in Tampa Bay. Thankfully, the days of the taskmaster Greg Schiano are behind us. However, without a general manager in place, questions still loom as to what this team will look like come week one of 2014.

Both in terms of coaching staff and roster construction, there are several smart assumptions that can be made through some crafty thinking. There are also some out there scenarios that can be had through the manipulation of logic. I tend to be in favor of the mix of the two. After all, this is as fun a time to be a Buccaneers fan as there has been in quite a while.

So who are some of the men Smith may add to his staff and to the roster? Let’s start with possible coaches.
