With the college All-Star games beginning with the Shrine Game, the Buccaneers will be just one team watching as amateur players begin their process of showing pro scouts they’re the guy to put the hopes of their franchise’s future on.

The Buccaneers seem to have some clear needs. Offensive line, wide receiver, defensive line, secondary and running back are all positions the team should be looking to bolster with new starters or important depth players. There are going to be players out there in this draft class at all of these positions, and the evaluations begin during the college all-star season.

With Mike Glennon all but guaranteed to walk away from Tampa for a starting opportunity elsewhere, there’s a chance the team will take a late-round flyer on a quarterback as well. What is Jason Licht to do? It’s time to start evaluating the available talent, and that begins with all-star season.

First up is the Shrine game.

So, as the Shrine Game gets set to roll-out it’s 2017 edition, we take a look at the young men we think Jason Licht and his staff of evaluators should be looking for.
