After Jameis Winston‘s performance at the Combine, it’s safe to say the 2013 Heisman winner could very well be the first overall draft pick. While the Buccaneers are still looking into the Winston’s past, Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher is reassuring the Bucs that Winston has matured and can be a great leader.

Buccaneers hire Jaguars assistant DL coach Paul Spicer for same role – Sports Illustrated
The Buccaneers went all in this offseason revamping their coaching personnel on the offensive side of the ball. Now, they are focusing their attention on the other side of the ball with the hiring of defensive line coach Paul Spicer from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Coach Spicer will be looking to help improve the line around All-Pro defensive tackle, Gerald McCoy.
