Top to bottom the Buccaneers have a very strong Madden roster that makes up for tons of elite overalls with a lot of usable assets like DeSean Jackson’s speed, Jameis Winston’s arm strength, or Justin Evans’ hit power. Some players like J.J. Wilcox (81 overall) and Charles Sims (82 overall) were gifted with ratings perhaps higher than they deserve, and the rookies like Howard and Godwin have ratings high enough to get them on the field right away.

What’s even more exciting for the Buccaneers’ Madden prospects is their room for growth. If Winston, Marpet and Alexander were given the ratings that they deserve (at least an 87 score for them all), the Bucs would be even more dangerous, and I expect that early into the season they’ll be adjusted.
