Last week Greene temporarily hushed his critics by rushing for 161 yards and three touchdowns. But here’s the thing about fantasy football — it’s trendy. A guy does good, everyone is all over him the next week. When it’s a guy that’s supposed to do good, it’s not that big of a deal but when it’s a guy like Greene who is under the radar to a certain extent, he becomes a rock star. But don’t believe the hype; the Jets don’t have the second coming of Curtis Martin and the Patriots will let them know that this week. Greene’s week 6 performance is your atypical fantasy football anomaly and you should fully expect him to return to his woeful ways against a New England team reeling from an embarrassing loss in Seattle last week.
