Sit ‘Em: 49ers Defense (at Green Bay Packers)
Yes, the 49ers were a force to be reckoned with last season on defense, but like all great things in football, we now have video footage of how they worked their magic and no quarterback is better at dissecting defenses on film than the reigning MVP, Aaron Rodgers. This is a massive game and Rodgers will come to Lambeau on Sunday having done his homework. Rodgers only committed six turnovers last year and seeing as the offense flows through him, the rest of the team followed suit in that regard. The 49ers very well could have a great game against the Packers, but it’s unlikely that Green Bay will be held down in their season debut and history points to San Francisco taking a step back from their NFC Championship worthy performance last year.
