Sit ‘Em: Micheal Turner – RB/Falcons (vs. Denver Broncos)

There has been a lot of hate on Turner dating back to pre-draft analysis of him, and he didn’t do much in week 1 to make anyone look stupid for doubting his fantasy skill. The Falcons blew out the Chiefs 40-24 and Turner amassed a big fat goose egg. While he’s been serviceable in the past, let’s not forget that Turner may have spent his best years (or at the very least his ripest years) behind L.T. in San Diego. It appears that Turner is being phased out in favor of Jacquizz Rodgers  if for nothing else that badass name. Turner also gets an unkind run defense in Week 2 in the Broncos which isn’t going to help him get on owners good sides. He may have a few good games left in him, and he’ll likely have a breakout game at some point this season, but it’s not going to be Monday night.
