Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em or Sit ‘Em

Start ‘Em: James Jones – WR|Packers (at Houston Texans)
Sure, the Texans defense is tough and the loss of Brian Cushing isn’t crippling, but despite how stout Houston has looked this year they are bound for a hiccup. If there’s an offense in the NFL that can induce said hiccups, it’s the Green Bay Packers. Aaron Rodgers and company are far from immortal this year and there is no better shot to show the world you’re for real than to have a shootout with the best defense in the league. James Jones is benefiting from the abcense of Greg Jennigns and with Jennings likely sidelined again this week, his worth means even more. Cedric Benson is done for eight weeks, meaning the Packers are back to having even less of a running game than they had this year. This means it’s time for Rodgers to what he does best: air it out. Jones has been a favorite target in the past and he scored last week, so if this game is the shootout everyone’s predicting, you don’t want to be the guy that benched a high scoring receiver.
