What’s On the Menu?

For a guy like Gerald McCoy, who comes 305 pounds, it may be surprising to hear what is on his usual menu. Before heading out to practice, McCoy keeps it simple with egg white and a bowl of fruit. While at the facility, GMC is once again cautious of what he puts into his body because he doesn’t want to be sluggish.

With that being said, the Buccaneers defensive tackle likes to have some vegetables, some fish and two bottles of water. As for dinner, that’s where McCoy admits things can get scary because of how well his wife cooks. But, considering how careful he is throughout the day, it’s okay that he lets loose a little. Or maybe that’s just us.
