“Hitting a Quarterback Is Like Christmas for a 10-Year-Old”

When asked what it felt like hitting a quarterback, McCoy said it was like Christmas for a 10-year-old. However, no matter how good it may seem, Gerald realizes that it’s a new day and age in the NFL. So, every time he hits or even pushes a quarterback, he looks at the referee out of fear of receiving a flag.
