On Wednesday morning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht held a press conference at the NFL Combine. Even though this year’s draft is still a little more than two months away, Licht did offer some insight as to what direction the Buccaneers may be headed with the No. 1 overall pick.
