2015 was a year of great interest for the Buccaneers. Yes, they were coming off a 2-14 season, but it led to the selection of a dynamic young quarterback named Jameis Winston. All eyes were on him as he took the field against fellow rookie Marcus Mariota in week one, and off they went.

Jameis played well, and the offense improved by leaps and bounds. But, the defense sagged behind, and the team finished 6-10, leading to the firing of coach Lovie Smith. Dirk Koetter is in place, and the future does look bright for the offense.

There were some excellent performers for the Bucs in 2015, all was not lost. There is a lot to look forward to. With that said, here are the grades, by position, for the 2015 Buccaneers.
