Super Bowl 50 is in the books.  The fight for Super Bowl 51 starts now, and there are college players looking to prove they can be the missing link between a franchise and their next – or first – Super Bowl win.   Time for our first 2016 NFL Mock Draft.

For the organizational players whose collective efforts manifest into the selections of key players on an NFL roster, the coming weeks and months will be some of the most trying and most important.  There are not many franchises in the NFL that can survive a string of bad drafts, and not many staffs who can keep their jobs in tact unless they find the gems hiding in every draft class.  For those of us who watch and speculate leading up to April 28th, the next months will be filled with mock drafts, and players sliding up and down fictional big boards as we all try and get a glimpse into what might be.  Here, you’ll find the Pewter Plank’s first 2016 NFL Mock Draft.

Enjoy!
