124. <p>The Chiefs are in a beneficial position of having a solid all-around roster.  With no glaring holes in the offense or defense, the real need entering the draft is for depth players who can make impacts in key spots during the season and post-season.</p> <p>The best player on the board at 28 is Alabama defensive tackle, Jarran Reed, and he’s the pick here.  Adding depth to the defensive line will serve the Chiefs by allowing them to game plan against opponents knowing they have the ability to rotate a pool of talent on their defensive front.</p> <p>The Chiefs are also a real candidate to trade out of the first round and stockpile some future picks to take advantage of a wealth of talent at almost every area the Chiefs will want to address.</p>.
