3. Gerald McCoy

He may have a questionable motor at times, but Gerald McCoy is a solid player along the Bucs’ defensive line.  McCoy was chosen in the first round of the 2010 draft.  After posting four sacks over his first two seasons, McCoy started a run of four straight Pro Bowl appearances in 2012.  He racked up five sacks in 2012, and never less than 8.5 again.  In 2013, his performance earned him first team All-Pro honors.

Some feel that McCoy is invisible in big games, not making his presence felt as much as he could.  According to Pro Football Focus, he was only the 65th best interior defender with an overall grade of 73.0.  That being said, his influence on the pass rush over the last three years makes him more than worthy of a spot on this list.
