1. Mike Evans

Evans is number one, that’s who.  Mike came around in the first round of the 2014 draft.  At 6’5″, Evans made his presence felt quickly, posting 11 touchdowns to go along with 68 receptions for 1,051 yards.  He followed up his rookie year with a sophomore campaign with 74 yards, 1,206 yards and three touchdowns.  Knowing that his quarterback was a rookie in 2015 makes his second year even better.

Next: The Bucs Should Explore Muhammad Wilkerson

Evans takes the top spot because of his consistency.  After coming on strong, he kept it going with an even better second year.  He had no drop off, which put him slightly ahead of Martin for the top position.
