2016 NFL Mock Draft Version 2.0: Free Agency Week Edition
Sam Bradford is coming back to Philly and will be the team’s quarterback for the foreseeable future. Now, it’s time to give him some better protection, and maybe even bolster the run game in the process.
Offensive tackle Jack Conklin from Michigan State showed great skills in the combine and re-enforced his position as the third best offensive lineman in the draft.
By providing better protection up front, Conklin can help the Eagles protect their injury prone quarterback, and potentially help the team heal from the Kelly era.
With defensive prospects to be had later in the draft, the Eagles snag one of the year’s top linemen in hopes they can score enough to win, or control the clock enough to keep their defense off the field.
