OT. Ohio State. Taylor Decker. 14. player. 28.

Veteran left tackle Donald Penn hasn’t re-signed, and with free agency just days away, it means his time in silver and black may be over.

Something helping the Raiders’ bargaining position with Penn is the existence of a handful of offensive tackles who could prove to be starters right out of the gates; including Ohio State’s Taylor Decker.

Decker is viewed by most as the next guy off the board after Conklin from Michigan State, and his combine performance helped him close the gap a bit.  Whether it’s Decker or Conklin sitting on the board at 14, the Raiders will take him, and entrust him to keep franchise quarterback Derek Carr clean and healthy.
