Richie Incognito

Here is a guy that left Miami in a cloud of scandal due to some bad choices, but resurrected his career with the Buffalo Bills and Rex Ryan.  Since being selected in the 2005 draft by the Rams, Incognito has been a consistent starter, starting all 118 games in his career to date.  He received a second chance from Rex, and he rewarded his coach by earning a PFF grade of 90.0, good for second in the league at the position.  He had a balanced year, with an 84.6 grade in pass blocking, and a 90.3 in run blocking.

He may be 32, but he still has experience to lend to young teammates.  Spotrac actually set the market value for Incognito, and believe he is worth two years at $9.9 million.  For the second best guard in the league, that is more than reasonable.

Personally, I would choose either Sweezy or Incognito.  How do you guys feel?
