Calvin Johnson is officially retired, and the Lions countered by signing Marvin Jones!  Ok, so he’s not Megatron, but nobody is.  However, Jones is another target for Matthew Stafford, and ensures defenses can’t just key in on Golden Tate.

What Stafford was missing last season, even with Calvin, was time.  The Lions’ quarterback is still playing, and he’s going to need significantly more time to see the field if the team is going to win more than seven games in 2016.

Jack Conklin from Michigan State not only addresses the line problems, but he represents an in-state talent from the Spartans who can immediately impact the entire offense.
