Ted Ginn Jr.

Ginn is a Panther right now, but he was selected by the Miami Dolphins with the ninth selection in 2007.  Right away, Ginn made his bones as a kickoff returner, returning 63 kickoffs in 2007.  His best season as a receiver came in 2011 for San Francisco, where he caught 38 passes for 466 yards.  That same year, he took back a kickoff 102 yards for a touchdown.

Though he has been a mid-level wide receiver for most of his career, Ginn has been able to sustain over all these years as a kick/put returner.  In 2015, he returned 27 punts for the Carolina Panthers.  With his sheer speed, Ginn has been able to create quite the career for himself.

Next: 2008
