The defensive line in 2015 was one of the worst in the league as they couldn’t pressure the quarterback consistently, and couldn’t contain opposing running backs, giving up more than 2,000 yards on the season.
A’Shawn Robinson from Alabama is an instant starter on the New Orleans defensive line, and is talented against both the pass and run. His ability to pass rush and plug running lanes will make him a gem on a defense trying to build up to something that can protect a Drew Brees lead.
