CB. Clemson. Mackensie Alexander. 13. player. 59.

Mackensie Alexander has been off my list for the past couple of weeks pending his performance at the Clemson pro day. Following his performance, he’s back on as the second best cornerback in the class.

It’s not how he evaluates himself, but at 13th to the Miami Dolphins looking to replace Tampa-bound Brent Grimes, he’s a steal.

The athletic and aggressive defender ran a sub 4.4 40-yard dash at the pro day, and showed hands NFL teams were looking for.

The knock on Alexander on paper is his lack of interception production, but in reality it shows how dominant he was at the collegiate level as opposing quarterbacks rarely looked in his direction.
