Trading for Chandler Jones answers the Cardinals’ pass rushing questions, and opens the door for the team to invest in their quarterback of the future.

Paxton Lynch from Memphis is a close second to the number 1 and 1a of Goff and Wentz, and learning behind veteran Carson Palmer will only help to accelerate his development.

Hopefully, the Cardinals don’t need him to step in during his rookie year, but an Aaron Rodgers-like development should lead Lynch into a situation where he’s fully equipped to take the reins in Arizona in 2017 or 2018.
