2014: Austin Seferian-Jenkins-TE
Bucs’ fans know who this guy is. Austin was Jason Licht’s second pick as the Bucs’ general manager. Unfortunately, injuries have kept “ASJ” from fulfilling his true potential to date, but he has been a solid weapon for Bucs’ quarterbacks. As a rookie, catching passes from Mike Glennon, Seferian-Jenkins caught 21 passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns.
With Jameis Winston in the fold, “ASJ” saw his touchdown total double from 2 to 4. He ironically caught the same number of passes, 21, but his yardage totals went up to 338. He has only played 16 games over two seasons, however, and that number obviously needs to go up to see the true potential of this player.
