The departure of B.J. Raji for at least the season makes drafting Andrew Billings from Baylor all the more necessary.

True, the Packers are trying to move Clay Matthews back to his original linebacker spot, but there will be players available in the second or third round to help facilitate the move.

This player is available now, and fills perhaps the biggest need on the Green Bay defense.

The Pack is getting healthy again, and if they can stay healthy in 2016, then Billings will help get the defense in shape for a playoff run late in the season.
