Kelechi Osemele is a great signing for the Raiders, but moving him outside doesn’t make much sense, so Oakland needs to add talent opposite of Donald Penn.

Taylor Decker from Ohio State is in close competition for third-best offensive tackle in the draft with Jack Conklin from Michigan State.  Here, Decker possesses the attitude and athleticism the Raiders covet, and because of that he wins by a hair.

Behind a much improved offensive line the offense in Oakland will be explosive and Latavius Murray will become a fantasy sleeper the second this card is turned in.
