15. player. 51. . QB. Cal. Jared Goff

With Kaepernick still on the 49ers roster the top quarterback in the draft this year falls to 15th overall with the Los Angeles Rams.

It’ll be a move which will make the fans happy, and will give Goff the best chance of early success.  Playing with the reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year in running back Todd Gurley will give him some protection from jailbreak blitzing and an outlet in the passing game.

Having a weapon like Tavon Austin will help Goff get some dink and dunk explosion plays which will inflate his numbers, but also keep him clean.

Really, this team is his best chance to look the part of a franchise quarterback, and he should be thrilled to be there.
