With the bigger targets needed to complement Stefon Diggs in the Vikings passing game gone, Minnesota will need to turn to another area of need for their top pick.
Germain Ifedi from Texas A&M would be a good addition to their offensive line and ensure Adrian Peterson can continue his great running career. He’ll also provide Teddy Bridgewater time to find Diggs and whatever targets they find later in the draft.
His ability to play inside at guard or kick outside to tackle will benefit the Vikings greatly as injuries are almost assured to come up throughout the season. Eventually Ifedi will grab permanent hold of a starting position, until then he’ll be an impact rotational player.
