25. player. 55. . CB. Clemson. Mackensie Alexander

The Steelers’ defense hasn’t been able to produce the same effect on opposing offenses as they’d become known for in their franchise history.

Solving the problem is more than one player away, but one position they need help at is the cornerback position.

While 25th isn’t the most advantageous position to get a top corner at, Mackensie Alexander from Clemson thinks he’s the best corner in the draft, and he’s at least the best one available here.

Zero career interceptions is an issue, but his talent and physicality fits the Steelers well.  Turnovers should come for Alexander at the pro level, and Pittsburgh will need them.
