Will Fuller. 32. player. 53. . WR. Notre Dame

If Josh Gordon gets reinstated this year and the Browns retain his services, then drafting Will Fuller from Notre Dame gives RGIII and head coach Hue Jackson a good chance of making some waves in 2016.

Fuller is a speedy star who can be used in mismatches to take advantage of slower defenders on the field.

With first round pick Jalen Ramsey patrolling the deep routes on defense and Fuller taking the top off of defenses on offense, the Browns can turn to their interior needs and start filling in the pieces to creating a winning franchise.
